I’m a Jane-of-all-trades virtual assistant who helps with a variety of tasks. Most clients use their hours for website work, automations, email marketing, and design projects. My specialties include:

Website Design & Maintenance – WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix (full builds or updates/fixes). I’m a Squarespace Circle member and part of a Squarespace Mastermind group, which gives me enhanced features and support access.
Email Marketing – I work in any ESP. I’m a Certified Mailchimp Pro Partner (priority support + pro community).
I also take on design projects, tech troubleshooting, and other behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keep your business moving.
How much do your services cost?
Simple, prepaid 2025 hourly packages:
5 hours – $425 ($85/hr)
10 hours – $800 ($80/hr)
20 hours – $1,600 ($80/hr)

Time is valid for one year and can be used in any increment.

How is payment handled?
All hours are prepaid directly through my website—no invoices or monthly billing.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. I handle creation, setup, monitoring, and optimization to improve performance and ROI.
Can you help with my email marketing?
Absolutely. I’m a Certified Mailchimp Pro Partner for campaigns, list organization, automations, and complex account issues (with priority support). I also have hands‑on experience with other email service providers, including Kit, Klaviyo, and more, so I can work in whichever platform you prefer.
What website platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix. I can build from scratch, refresh designs, fix issues, or make content updates. For e‑commerce, I offer support and fixes (not full store setup).
How do you track hours?
I track time internally down to the second, to manage your prepaid hours accurately.
Can I upgrade my package after I start?
Yes—upgrade anytime without losing hours you’ve already purchased.
Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes. I’m based in California and work across time zones with small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs.
Can I customize a package?
Packages are fixed in 5, 10, or 20 hours to keep pricing and scheduling simple.
